This session examines Kyudo, the Japanese art of archery, as a discipline that emphasizes harmony, precision, and mindfulness. Participants will explore the role of Taihai (coordinated movement) in fostering awareness and mutual respect, along with the principle of Seisha Hitch? (“correct shooting is certain hitting”), which links technique and intention. Through discussion and guided movement with practice bows (gomuyumi), attendees will gain insight into how Kyudo instills patience, discipline, and balance in both martial arts and modern life.
